You pay for people, not for software.
No seats. No fee per job. No contract. Tell us how many people you need and that is the bill, worked out before the role is published and incapable of growing past it.
Your maximum, for this role
₹2,500
- 5 candidates who clear your bar
- ₹2,500
- Everything else
- Free
Checking the same 5 people the usual way costs ₹6,000 to ₹15,000 and takes a week or two. Here it is already done.
Need more than twenty, or hiring in several countries? Prices are set per market and we will quote you properly. Ask us.
One line on the invoice.
Most of what this product does costs you nothing, on purpose. Charging for the looking would make you want fewer applicants, and fewer applicants is the opposite of what either of us needs.

You pay for
A candidate who clears your bar
₹500
Their analysis, the facts other people confirmed about them, who they are and how to reach them, and their aptitude and skills tests. One charge, everything in it.
How the number stays the number.
The reason the bill cannot surprise you is that the role stops itself. This is the whole mechanism, and there is not a fifth step.
You say how many you need
Five, say. The total appears next to it before the role is published, and nothing on the role can exceed it.
Everyone who applies is ranked
Against the requirements you approved, by rule rather than by a model. It costs us nothing, so it costs you nothing.
The strongest are assessed
We put questions to them and mark the answers. Still free. It becomes billable only by succeeding.
Five clear your bar, and the role closes
You pay for those five. The role stops taking applications, because you have what you asked for.

Hiring constantly, and would rather hold a budget.
Candidates never pay, on any plan, for anything. Their record belongs to them and travels with them.
The questions people actually ask.
Why can I not see every applicant?
Because you are paying for people, and a name is the thing being sold. You see everybody you bought, and a count of everybody else. You can always buy more by raising the number or lowering the bar, and the page tells you how many are sitting behind it.
What if nobody clears my bar?
Then you pay nothing, and we tell you. After we have assessed five people for every one you asked for, the role pauses and we say plainly how many cleared. Usually that means the bar is set too high rather than the candidates being wrong, and lowering it releases the people already assessed at no extra cost.
I already have a pile of CVs. What about those?
Upload them and we will read and rank them against the role for ₹100 each. That is a rating, not a candidate: you already have the person, and we hold no confirmed record for them yet. If one of them joins, gets their record confirmed and clears your bar, that becomes a full candidate and the ₹100 comes off it.
What if somebody we paid for turns out not to fit?
Send them back within seven days and the charge reverses. The record and the contact go back with it. We score these people, so we should carry the cost of scoring them generously.
Is there a contract, or a minimum?
No. No seats, no per job fee, no annual commitment. Post one role, pay for the people you get, and stop. Premium exists for teams hiring constantly who would rather hold a budget than approve each one.
Do candidates pay?
Never, for anything, ever. Their record is theirs, it travels with them between employers, and it is not for sale. Nobody is listed to a company without saying they are open to it.
One vacancy is enough to find out. Post it, and pay only for the people you actually get.
